At luntrani, we take pride in offering our customers high-quality, handmade natural Miswak Siwak wooden toothbrushes. We are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns and Refund Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, is provided.
Please note that due to the handmade and natural nature of our Miswak Siwak wooden toothbrushes, we cannot accept returns if the product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, toothbrushes that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send any products back before receiving return authorization.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item. luntrani is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout, which currently is PayPal.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your PayPal account. Processing times may vary depending on individual financial institutions.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your product for another of equal value, please specify the desired item and any relevant details in your refund or exchange request. Product availability is subject to stock. luntrani will not be responsible for price differences between exchanged items.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used toothbrushes or items that show signs of use
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after the 14-day window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting luntrani@wshu.net or calling 029 2264 9037. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
